Swysh Forward Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Steve Moses, founder & CEO of Swysh Den Basketball. It exists alongside Swysh Den with a distinct, focused mission: using basketball as a vehicle to promote mental health in the community, for kids and families who may never set foot in a membership tier.
Your sponsorship directly funds a child's, or a full club team's, ability to play — covering registration, gear, or court time so financial barriers never keep a player off the court.
The Foundation's flagship event is the Swysh Forward Foundation 3x3 Charity Tournament, a “Mind Over Court” — A Mental Wellness & Basketball Community Day paired with a high school basketball showcase, bringing families and players together on the court for a cause.
The Foundation's core mission is promoting mental health awareness and support through the game, extending the same mental-performance philosophy that runs through Swysh Den's own coaching into the wider community.
Alongside Swysh Den's Mental Performance Certificate Program, our goal is to connect individuals who need additional support with a licensed mental health professional who can continue to guide them on their journey.
