Swysh Forward Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Steve Moses, founder & CEO of Swysh Den Basketball. It exists alongside Swysh Den with a distinct, focused mission: using basketball as a vehicle to promote mental health in the community, for kids and families who may never set foot in a membership tier.
Our flagship event is the 3x3 Charity Tournament, a “Hoops Up, Guns Down” Community Day paired with a high school basketball showcase, bringing families and players together on the court for a cause.
Our core mission is promoting mental health awareness and support through the game, extending the same mental-performance philosophy that runs through basketball coaching into the wider community.
Our work runs alongside Swysh Den's own Mental Performance Certificate Program, led by professional mental performance staff, so the same standard of support shows up both on the court and in the community.
Sponsorships and donations fund scholarships, mentorship, and mental-health programming so every young athlete can take part.
